TOBACCO AND DAMAGES:
As a completely non-smoking establishment, it is strictly prohibited to smoke in the rooms, even with the window open, in accordance with decree No. 2006-1386 of November 15, 2006, governing the prohibition of smoking in designated areas. Any guest found violating this rule will be charged an additional €68 and will be denied access to the hotel in the future. This measure is necessary due to the inconvenience caused to future guests, requiring a thorough cleaning of the room textiles and the closure of the room for 2 days, resulting in loss of revenue. Therefore, we kindly ask you to respect the premises, the furniture in your room, and the common areas. In case of damage, the guest is liable under civil responsibility. By making the reservation, you assume full responsibility for all individuals in your group. Any damage caused by cigarettes, food, beverages, or other reasons will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking, with a minimum amount of €100. In case of significant damages, complaints will be filed with the police, seeking financial compensation for the damages incurred.
ROOM ACCESS:
Rooms are available from 2 p.m. and must be vacated by 11 a.m. on the day of departure.
VISITING RIGHTS:
Visiting rights for an external person are granted only upon presentation at the reception of the establishment. Rooms are intended for a specific number of people. For safety reasons, it is prohibited to accommodate additional persons.
PETS:
Small pets (dogs, cats) are allowed for an additional fee of €10.00 per day.
NUISANCES:
Please respect the rest of other guests by avoiding slamming doors or generating excessive noise after 11 p.m. Any disturbance, whether noise-related or otherwise, could result in permanent exclusion from the establishment and complaints being filed with the relevant authorities. Hotel du Port is a friendly and family-oriented place where we place special importance on adhering to the rules of societal living to preserve everyone's peace. By agreeing to stay with us, you accept our house rules. We reserve the right to refuse access to anyone visibly under the influence of alcohol or displaying behavior that may inconvenience other guests already present.
VALUABLES:
The hotel assumes no responsibility for loss or theft of items. We recommend locking your room when you are away.
BOOKING CONDITIONS:
All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid and funded credit card number, accompanied by its expiration date. Checks are not accepted. The hotel reserves the right to refuse any reservation if the credit card number is invalid or if the reservation is incomplete. (Virtual cards are not accepted as a form of guarantee.)
Arrivals must be made before 9:00 PM. If you plan to arrive later, please contact us in advance. Payment for the room may be charged to the credit card used for the reservation, along with a deposit of €50.00, which will be refunded upon your departure after room inspection. If unable to charge the card or provide a deposit, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation immediately without notice.
DEPOSIT:
To secure the room, a deposit of €50.00 may be pre-authorized on the credit card used for the reservation until your departure, following room inspection. If unable to provide a deposit, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation without notice.
CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION OF RESERVATION:
Cancellation or modification fees will apply: the hotel does not impose fees up to 24 hours before arrival for bookings made directly, excluding specific conditions mentioned in the quotation sent via email. (Refer to the conditions of other platforms for external bookings.) Beyond this, fees for the first night may be charged. Any cancellation must be confirmed by email. In case of early departure after 11:00 AM, no refund will be issued. The hotel's house rules apply to all reservations, including those made on other web platforms. By accepting the room rental, you agree to the specific conditions and the hotel's house rules.
